Welcome to Priority Homemades. By accessing or placing custom orders through our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service.

1. Custom Orders & Design Approvals

All items in our catalog are customized based on options checked by you (such as size, flavor, color accents, writing, and custom references). It is your responsibility to review design parameters and verify messages before checkout. Once the order moves into 'preparing' or 'ready' states, changes cannot be made.

2. Payouts and Pricing

Prices listed for custom configurations reflect estimated material and baking rates. Base price rates, delivery additions, and custom photo cake enhancements are calculated dynamically. The final checkout summary shows the total cost. Payment must be arranged as coordinated at pickup or delivery.

3. OTP Authentication & Registration

Users must register and authenticate using their mobile phone number via One-Time Password (OTP) to place and track orders. You agree to provide accurate registration details, including your full name and delivery address, and ensure access credentials remain secure.

4. WhatsApp Integrations

We use automated and prefilled WhatsApp communication templates to keep customers and managers updated about statuses, approvals, and cancellations. Standard carrier data rates may apply to mobile redirection links.

5. Disclaimer

Priority Homemades bakes fresh items daily. While we take maximum precautions regarding allergen alerts (such as eggless options), we bake in a facility that handles dairy, gluten, and nuts. We are not liable for accidental trace exposure.
